Homesite Reservations Now Being Accepted at Yarrow
April 19, 2007 - Yarrow today announced that it is taking reservations for Phase I home sites. At this time, there are 27 lots available and a limited number of advance reservations are being accepted. Pricing will be released for the home sites, which range in size from 6,100 to 18,000 square feet in mid-May.

Yarrow Announces Selection of Neighborhood Builders
April 11, 2007 - Yarrow today announced that it has selected three builders for its new master-planned community in the rolling hills east of Madras. Each of these builders will purchase and build on roughly 100 lots from the first two phases of the development. In a close competition, the final selections included Sage Builders, Sun Forest and SunWest Builders.
